My New View
The days come and go so quickly, especially during the fall months. Of course this is just my opinion. I base this theory on temperature alone. I’m always trying to squeeze in as much outdoor activity as possible before the cold weather settles in because I know it will be even more difficult to entice my friends to come out and play in a few months.

I enjoy being at one with nature. It’s my mental medicine, my religion and how I exercise. On occasion this becomes a challenge for some because I’d rather walk than sit, and when it’s time to eat, I’d rather grab a bite and eat on the go (not always, but definitely during the fall months).
What I like most about walking is when I find something new in the familiar, especially during my many hikes through the city. The cycle of nature does its magic year after year with the change of the seasons, and if you really look closely you’ll see something new each time. However, you must open your eyes and heart for the adventure.
I can’t say this enough, "Get out of your cars and enjoy life." Don’t be afraid to embrace a new experience through walking. There is so much to see.
Many will take that long drive into the country to explore autumn’s colorful foliage. Look no further than your own backyard. Allow the changing colors to be your metaphor for a new and improved you.
