Welcoming A New Season
I am welcoming fall with open arms. I am ready for change... So ready! Fall is the restart button, allowing everyone to let go of his/her negativity, setting new goals for a new season, and it’s easy to do when we open our hearts to nature and all that it represents, which is everything good and beautiful in the world.
Like sunsets and sunrises, trees, wildlife and calming waters from lakes, streams and ponds – each serves to remind us that regardless of the many people in the world spreading the message of hate, all is not lost, and that for any challenge that may come our way, nature might not be able to solve it directly, but it can cool our spirit, putting us on the right path to thinking clearly, more responsibly, thus aiding in our ability to make better choices, which will insure our going the distance – and yes, I speak from experience.
My time outdoors is never boring. Fall represents a reawakening, reminding me to take part in a season filled with great joy, every chance I get. I am excited by the possibilities. How about you, friends?
It's never too late to make a fresh start. Claim a week, a season of joy, love and happiness. It’s there, waiting just for you.
I spent my last summer day and the first day of fall visiting old haunts – Homeland, Evergreen, Sherwood Gardens and the Stony Run Trail. It was a perfect ending and a joyful new beginning all rolled into one.
Goodbye, Summer! You treated me well, as the photos in this post prove. Here’s to fall and new beginnings. Cheers! – paerki
