Gingerly Educate
Enough! I am sick and tired of the blame game. Take responsibility for your life, for your body. Stop blaming McDonald’s for your poor choices and health challenges. As for McDonald’s, there is a mandate for REAL transparency.
Don’t misunderstand me. I am not a fan of fast food. I can understand the occasional craving for a burger, fries and Coke (that would not be my craving). We all need our vices. We really do!
As many of my friends know, I am all about healthy. Healthy really does make it happen. If you want a better quality of life, you have to make better choices. Otherwise, suffer the consequences. Effort is everything.
Finally, we must stop shaming people into submission. People have to want to change their bad habits, and I honestly believe most can’t because they suffer from some form of depression. Depression is a common health problem many people still don’t want to discuss.
Regardless of your thoughts on this topic, McDonald’s has the best damn fries in the fast food market. I actually don't remember the last time I had McDonald’s fries, it’s been that long. (Are people really shocked by what’s in fast food? I am not!)
For my super healthy friends… Don’t be a food Nazi (bully), but gingerly educate the masses. That’s what I try to do with my blog posts, photographs and quotes.
You are what you eat, America! Think balance and moderation, and EXERCISE. Move your ass. Cheers! – paerki (Reference: McDonald’s Transparency)
