From India To Indiana
Holi
Today is the day! Holi (The Festival Of Colors) awaits me. Here’s to spring... to the end of March... to April (hopeful that spring weather will show up, sooner than later), and to universal brotherhood. Here’s to celebrating differences – our diversity. We are all different, and yet remarkably beautiful.
Let's ponder the following as we enter a new week:
When all else fails, seek a new day. It’s hard, I know, but that’s the right choice – the only choice, as far as I am concerned.
There is so much more we can do as individuals, but just think about what we can accomplish – together, as a people united for the good of all humanity. Do your part to make a difference. Share the truth in order to find your real happiness.
Life without thankfulness is devoid of love and passion.
Tell the truth, or someone will tell it for you.
It pays to look back in order to move forward. It can help anyone make sense of his/her life, thus respecting the journey even more. When I look back, I am reminded how I got here. It’s at this time when I feel my confidence has been restored, which keeps me on my path. Stay on yours because through all the ups and downs, you just might like where you end up, in the place where you were meant to be, and wherever that may be, dear friend – find your joy, thrive and walk away from that which doesn’t grow your spirit in order to keep the momentum going, and you happy.
Live love – every day.
We need to stop defining love and begin living love, and the only way to do this is to realize love is love. It doesn’t matter who you love, but that you love and feel it in return, and when it’s conditional, being brave enough to walk away from that which doesn’t grow your spirit (I know this all too well).
As always, shine like the sun... Shimmering, Warm and Bright. Cheers! – paerki
Indiana
For the people of Indiana and those individuals who want to bully the gay community: The difference between your God and mine is there are no judgments, and I can always find forgiveness when I yield. This is accomplished through learning, not making the same mistake twice, being prepared and with the understanding that everything has value, especially humanity, which so many have lost.
Too all, stay vigilant in seeking the truth for liberty means nothing without responsibility. Stop being seduced by politicians as if they really have your best interest at heart. Beware of the un-Christian Christian. Let’s start a revolution, and it begins when we take it upon ourselves to weed out the hypocrites. As always, I am never without hope for a new day. – paerki
