Play Outdoors
What a beautiful weekend. The weather was perfect. I spent most of my time outdoors communing with nature. Summer is definitely here! Stay hydrated, my friends. Here’s to a new week. It can be anything you want it to, but you must be present in the moment, ready to succeed. Be optimistic – cheerful, and don’t allow anyone to bring you down. Cheers! – paerki

Pamper Yourself
It’s important to pamper yourself, now and again. A little bit of self-indulgence never hurt anyone. We spend so much time trying to stay ahead of the game, creating methods to keep ourselves balanced and organized, positive and kind, etc., and it can be a daunting task. However, much of this depends on work, family and friends, and the levels of stress involved.
As I get older, I recognize just how easy it is to take every aspect of life for granted. I’m almost inclined to say that’s allowed, but when we begin to make sense of the world and how we see ourselves in it, we have a responsibility – not just to ourselves, but to mankind, to be smart, responsible, yielding and practical with every element of our existence because what we do impacts others, and if you need an example, look at the state of healthcare.
I say pamper yourself because in the long run it’s going to make your journey in life easier (if only a bit), much brighter, and a whole lot more enjoyable. Here’s to you, and your making time for yourself, and if you must, demand it!
Be Yourself
Be yourself at all times and do the things you love, things that bring you the most satisfaction and happiness. Be confident, and never allow insecurities to challenge your perception because we all have greatness in us, waiting to be revealed and shared, but only with those individuals with a spirit equal to our own. Be with people that respect the total you. Don't allow others to define who you are. You have the capacity for change, and love and all things joyful.
Organization
Something to remember as we all go into a new week – for every minute spent in organizing, an hour is earned, and your life made a bit easier, and your world a bit happier.
