Monday Evening
I appreciate an early evening walk, and not just for the obvious reason – because it’s a highly effective way to burn energy, but more so for those moments of meditation and inspiration. Undoubtedly, walking is an easy and convenient way to exercise.
Walking – great for your physical health and mental wellness. The latter is very important, especially in today’s world. It’s a great stress reducer, but more than anything, it offers focus, aiding in your ability to look at the big picture, providing for opportunities of reflection, problem solving, etc. It’s the perfect escape, but you must be present in the moment.
