It Was That Kind Of Day
It was that kind of day, a beautiful winter Monday – a day to walk, run, hike and/or cycle.  I chose to hike, and climb a mountain.  It was a good day!  Stop talking about it and just do it. Exercise! A walk does the body good. A 30-minute walk, 30 minutes before and/or after dinner is all it takes to stretch your muscles and adjust your metabolism.  Walking is great for your physical health and mental wellness too.  Have you walked today?  Cheers! – paerki
